Designing calmer spaces through sound.

Culture of Calm integrates intentional sound into everyday environments — designing moments of calm within high stimulus spaces to support relief, attention, and more human experiences.

In a world built for speed and constant stimulation, slower, simpler sound can support meaningful shifts — easing physiological stress, supporting attention, and helping people feel more settled within their environment.

Our approach is grounded in nervous system regulation, the science of sound, and lived experience — shaped by real-world application in high-stimulus environments.

We bring this work into the places that need it most — integrating calm into conferences, events, and workplaces; transit environments; and complex care and institutional settings.
